Admitted as a Solicitor in 1972, David ran for over 23 years the Practice he started in 1975 and gained broad experience of both contentious and
non-contentious work. He has considerable advocacy experience, both
civil and criminal.
He worked in the Home Counties from 1998 to 2004, before acting as Consultant Solicitor in the public and private sectors and bringing his experience to Dispute Resolution.
He was a founder member of the Society of British and Argentine Lawyers
(SOBAL) and has experience of dealing with Mexican Clients, lawyers and
arbitrators, and on behalf of UK Clients with business dealings in
Mexico.
In his Dispute Resolution Practice, David acts in accordance with the
Codes of Conduct of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, the
Association of Midlands Mediators and the Law Society, which
incorporate the European Code of Conduct for Mediators.
He is a Parish Council Vice-Chairman.
